This week we will be talking about 4 ways to style black jeans. This could really be ANY colored jeans or fitted leggings or fitted slacks. My black jeans are “technically” leggings. But jeans are much easier for me to type quickly… so jeans it is.
I hope you enjoyed last weeks similar post when I shared how to style a graphic t-shirt 4 different ways. You can find that post HERE.
Black jeans often take whatever you are wearing up a notch. It’s a bit dressier, but it doesn’t have to be too dressy.
I’m a person that always tends to underdress rather than overdress, just because that is what I’m comfortable in. But black jeans are as easy as jeans once you get the hang of finding ways to wear them.
When this posts, I will have been at a training all week (away from home!). I will be taking my black jeans and some of these combos with me.
As I mentioned in my post last week, I was inspired by Audrey Coyne to become more minimal and intensional on my articles of clothing. She does seasonal capsule wardrobes and you can find her blog HERE.
Without further ado, let’s get to the post!
Seriously love this look because I love Audrey Hepburn’s style, and this is something she wore, black on black on black…
Meeting, Church, or Nice Dinner Out
Another super easy look, but instantly dressed up with a tan Ralph Lauren blazer that I got from Ebay for less than $20!
Casual but Pretty
This look could be any pretty sweater that you have in your closet. I have several I could have used for this- white, off-white, tan, gray, pink… This will keep you looking dressed up and cozy!
Ready to Go Out to a Meeting or to Dinner
I wear this often also. I wear this to church, to meetings, or if we go out somewhere nice. I will replace the black jeans with regular blue jeans and wear this any day of the week.
AND As a BONUS because there are so many more looks you can do with Black Jeans…
This is one I posted last week with how I styled my graphic t-shirt 4 different ways… I just wanted to remind you that you don’t have to have a huge variety of things to have many outfits!
This has definitely been fun to do. If you like these, please let me know!
