Happy Sunday, friends! What a crazy week, but now it’s Sunday and hopefully we all get a chance to slow down and enjoy the Memorial Day weekend!
I tell you what, the weather has been all over the map here in Indiana, and I know in several other places as well! I hope you got a chance to stop by the blog and check things out, but if not here is a review of the week!
Monday I shared on how I maintain a healthy lifestyle. Now I don’t want to confuse anyone into thinking they will never see me eat chocolate or a taco or 3, because you better know that I am going to enjoy what food choices I have left (I am gluten free, somewhat dairy free, no grease, no spicy, no extreme acidity…). BUT I do take the unhealthy in moderation, and overall we make sure we keep all dinners healthy, or mostly healthy.
And LIFESTYLE is an important word here. It means it’s a way of life, it’s not something we do for a month then we drop it until we pick it back up again months or years later.

On Wednesday I shared some ideas on how to take a break and recharge those batteries! As moms, we often forget about our OWN batteries until they are completely out. And that’s NOT good! We need to make sure, if we can’t take a longer break, that we at least take a mini-break each day.

Then on Friday, I shared an all important topic of How I Keep Laundry from Driving Me Crazy… I do not have a magic pill on this subject but I have 3 very important things that just FIT our life. (Another lifestyle thing!) And I DO NOT like laundry.
